Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Clerk, where you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. Whether managing check-ins, handling inquiries, or coordinating with other hotel departments, your proactive approach will be essential in maintaining our reputation for outstanding hospitality. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in process Manage reservations using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms, including modifications and cancellations Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and directions Handle guest requests promptly and resolve issues with customer service problem-solving skills to ensure satisfaction Maintain phone etiquette by answering inquiries efficiently and professionally via phone communication Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy Enforce hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety during incidents or emergencies Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to address guest needs and property concerns Uphold front desk operations by managing guest relations, check-outs, billing, and account settlements Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or Property Management Systems (PMS) is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and client communication Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse clientele Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and night audit processes enhances operational effectiveness Previous hotel experience in a resort setting is a plus for understanding the unique needs of leisure travelers Demonstrated ability to handle customer service challenges with professionalism and poise Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
