Primary Responsibility The Front Desk Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional member and guest service while ensuring the efficient daily operation of the front desk. This role serves as the first point of contact for the club and requires professionalism, hospitality, and a thorough understanding of the club's programs, services, and amenities. Present a professional, positive image and appearance that reflects well on the organization. Greet and check members and guests in with sincere hospitality and effective communication skills Possess general knowledge of the club: amenities, programs, facilities, staff, etc. Process and accurately record credit card and other non-cash transactions. Handle member complaints in a calm and timely manner, and direct questions or concerns to the correct individuals Assist members with program registrations, court bookings, and club activities. Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area. Support other departments as needed to ensure smooth club operations. Schedule and manage court reservations for tennis, squash, pickleball, and other racquet sports. Other duties as assigned Deliver a consistently high-quality member and guest experience. Promote an overall positive community and culture among the front desk staff and all other departments at the club Resolve or appropriately escalate member and guest concerns in a professional and timely manner.
