Hiring for a day or evening shift Front Desk Agent for a Comfort Inn and Suites hotel in Lancaster! As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Your skills in hospitality and guest services will be essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere. In this position, your responsibilities will include: Checking in/out guests Taking reservations over the phone Providing prompt and courteous responses to guest requests Recommending nearby attractions, activities, and restaurant Assisting with upkeeping property condition and cleanliness Communicating with other departments, including housekeeping and maintenance It will help if you have: Basic computer skills Strong organizational skills Strong customer service skills Flexibility to work morning/night/weekend/holiday shifts when necessary
