• Serious Candidates Only Hampton Inn & Suites Murrieta Temecula is currently seeking a dependable, professional, and guest-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and the flexibility to work a variety of shifts. This position is primarily scheduled for the 2:00 PM
• 10:00 PM shift , but open availability is required .

Candidates must be willing and able to work AM, PM, weekends, holidays, and Night Audit (overnight) shifts as needed. Requirements Minimum 1 year of hotel front desk experience required Hilton experience preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong computer and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Must have open availability for all shifts, including overnight Night Audit when needed Responsibilities Welcome guests with exceptional hospitality Perform guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest requests Process payments and maintain accurate guest records Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction Follow Hilton brand standards and hotel policies Employment Details Part-Time with Full-Time opportunity available (DOE) Opportunities for growth within the hotel Hilton Team Member travel discounts available Please apply only if you meet the experience requirements and have open availability.
