As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and delivering outstanding customer service. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes in an efficient manner. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations. Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls effectively. Assist with night audit duties as needed, ensuring all financial transactions are processed accurately. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services. Collaborate with other departments to enhance the guest experience. Uphold hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Hospitality management background is a plus. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to assist diverse clientele. Familiarity with night audit procedures is beneficial. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
