The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, maintain accurate records, and complete overnight auditing and reporting functions while supporting hotel operations. Essential Job Functions Perform all guest check-in and check-out procedures. Greet guests and provide excellent customer service. Respond to guest inquiries, requests, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner. Operate hotel phone systems and handle incoming calls. Maintain accurate guest account records and process transactions. Verify payment methods and credit card information. Provide information regarding hotel accommodations, rates, amenities, and local area attractions. Confirm reservations, including group reservations, and coordinate special requests when appropriate. Promote and upsell hotel services and amenities when applicable. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Prepare, review, and distribute daily operational and financial reports. Perform night audit functions, including balancing daily transactions and verifying financial records. Follow hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum one (1) year of hotel, hospitality, customer service, or related experience preferred. Previous Front Desk and/or Night Audit experience preferred. Experience with Opera PMS and Microsoft Office preferred. Basic accounting, financial reporting, and cash handling knowledge preferred. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Additional language skills are a plus. Strong customer service, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, climbing, and movement throughout the property. Frequent use of computers, phones, and office equipment. Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and/or move up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to work in varying conditions and respond to emergency situations as needed. Schedule Requirements Must be available to work mornings, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as business needs require. Weekend availability required.
