Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests from the moment they arrive. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the welcoming face of our hotel, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Your multitasking skills and hospitality expertise will help foster a warm, efficient environment that encourages guest satisfaction and loyalty. Whether handling reservations or resolving guest inquiries, your proactive approach will be key to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and seamless check-in process using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms Manage guest check-outs efficiently while accurately processing payments and resolving billing issues Handle reservations and modifications via hospitality reservation systems, accommodating special requests and ensuring availability accuracy Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and offering local recommendations to enhance their stay Maintain effective communication through multi-line phone systems, demonstrating professional phone etiquette and clear client communication Assist with night audit procedures, reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently to ensure guest safety and respond appropriately to any incidents or emergencies Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment Strong knowledge of property management systems (PMS), especially Fosse or similar platforms Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and guest relations Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professional communication standards Previous hotel experience, particularly in resort settings, is preferred but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Join us in creating welcoming atmospheres where every guest feels valued!
