Guest Service Representative (Front Desk) - Hiring Immediately Hampton Inn & Home2 Suites Sacramento at CSUS Sacramento, CA $16.90 - $19.50 per hour (DOE) Full-Time & Part-Time | Morning, Evening and Overnight Shifts Available Position Overview The Guest Service Representative is responsible for creating a welcoming and memorable guest experience from arrival through departure. As the first point of contact, you will provide exceptional customer service while ensuring efficient front desk operations. This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, professional, and enjoy helping others in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests and complete check-in and check-out procedures Answer phones and assist with reservations, inquiries, and guest requests Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance to support daily operations Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area Follow Hilton brand standards, hotel policies, and operational procedures Qualifications Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable using computers and learning hotel management systems Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Reliable with strong attendance and punctuality Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding guest service No hotel experience required — training provided for the right candidate. Schedule Requirements Morning, Evening, and Overnight Shifts Available Full-Time Employees must be available for morning and Evenings Shifts every day Weekend and holiday availability required Scheduling based on business needs
