Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a professional and personable Hotel Front Desk Associate to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This role is vital in creating a welcoming environment for guests and maintaining the high standards of our hotel or resort. Candidates with hospitality management experience, multilingual abilities, and strong guest relations skills will excel in this position. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures Manage reservations efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to guests Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy Maintain accurate guest records and ensure billing accuracy Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly Conduct night audits as required, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with guests over the phone or in person Assist in managing guest relations to enhance overall guest satisfaction Ensure the front desk area remains organized, clean, and welcoming at all times Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual skills are highly desirable Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently Knowledge of resort operations and guest services best practices Strong phone etiquette and communication skills in person and over the phone This position offers an engaging opportunity to be part of a dynamic hospitality environment where guest satisfaction is our priority.
