Job Type Part-time Description Our team is looking for a friendly, upbeat, and guest-focused Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join us! In this role, you'll be one of the first faces our guests see and an important part of creating a warm, welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. You'll assist with all aspects of front desk operations, answer questions, help create memorable stays, and serve as a helpful point of contact for our guests and vendors. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, communicates with confidence and kindness, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are exactly the same. This position requires flexible scheduling availability, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requirements Job Requirements Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude throughout their stay Efficiently complete guest check-in and check-out while ensuring a smooth and positive experience Accurately process payments, charges, and adjustments in accordance with hotel policies and procedures Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns with professionalism and a genuine desire to help Provide helpful information and assistance to guests, vendors, and other hotel partners Maintain accurate guest records and ensure all front desk transactions are properly documented Complete required shift reports and communicate important updates, guest needs, and operational information to the management team Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure our guests receive exceptional service Job Qualifications Friendly, motivated team player who takes initiative and takes pride in creating a positive guest experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect comfortably with guests, coworkers, and vendors Guest-focused mindset with a genuine desire to be helpful, welcoming, and attentive to guests' needs Ability to remain calm, professional, and positive while working in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate needs, identify concerns, and find effective solutions Dependable and adaptable, with a willingness to assist wherever needed to support the team and our guests Approachable and attentive, with a commitment to providing warm, personalized, and exceptional service Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also confidently handling responsibilities independently The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The number of hours you will be scheduled to work during the week is variable and is based on guest occupancy, season, staffing and other factors.
