Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor to join our team. This position combines exceptional guest service with overnight auditing responsibilities. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, can multitask in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable working independently during overnight shifts. This position primarily consists of two afternoon/evening front desk shifts and two overnight (night audit) shifts per week. Actual schedules may vary based on business needs and coverage. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience while ensuring the hotel's daily operations run smoothly. Responsibilities Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude. Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately. Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries. Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations. Handle guest concerns and resolve issues with professionalism. Balance cash drawer and process payments. Complete nightly audit procedures and prepare daily reports. Ensure the lobby and front desk remain clean, organized, and presentable. Perform light housekeeping or laundry assistance as needed during overnight hours. Conduct routine property walks to ensure guest safety and security. Communicate important information to the management team and incoming staff. Qualifications Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred but not required—we are happy to train the right person. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer knowledge and the ability to learn hotel management software. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
