Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is crucial in managing guest relations, handling inquiries, and facilitating a smooth check-in and check-out process. A background in hotel management or hospitality is preferred, along with strong communication skills. Duties Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Handle reservations and provide information about hotel services and amenities. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are balanced. Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls effectively. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to meet guest needs. Provide concierge services, offering recommendations for local attractions and dining options. Requirements Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations. Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable. Familiarity with hotel management software and night audit procedures is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multi-line phone systems. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest requests. A friendly, approachable demeanor with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
