Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and efficient check-in process Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries and directing calls promptly Handle guest requests, reservations, cancellations, and special accommodations with enthusiasm and attention to detail Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing details, and room assignments Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial records Provide exceptional guest services by addressing concerns swiftly and courteously to enhance overall satisfaction Assist with hotel management tasks such as coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest comfort and safety Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred Bilingual or multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse guests are a strong advantage Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is desirable Ability to handle night audit procedures and perform administrative tasks efficiently during late shifts Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to engage with guests professionally Previous hotel experience or resort background is beneficial but not mandatory; a passion for hospitality is essential Embark on a rewarding career where your energy makes a difference!
