Aspen, CO Pay:
$25 per hour Schedule +
Seasonal Dates:
30 - 40 hours per week Either 8am - 4pm or 2pm-10pm, 4 or 5 days a week. Weekends are required

6/23/26 to 10/5/26 Holidays may be required Spend Your Summer in Aspen The Aspen Mountain Lodge in Aspen, CO is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Specialist to join our team this summer season. As the first point of contact for guests, owners, and vendors, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences while supporting day-to-day resort operations. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, remains calm under pressure, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to help create memorable guest experiences. Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests, owners, and vendors Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries Resolve reservation questions and guest concerns Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed Create and manage service requests and work orders Assist with scheduling vendor visits and property access Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction Qualifications Previous hospitality, hotel, front desk, administrative, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable using computers, mobile devices, and software systems Organized and able to manage multiple priorities Positive attitude and professional demeanor Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented Reliable transportation required Apply today to join our team and help create exceptional guest experiences in one of Colorado's premier mountain destinations.
