Job Description

Fahrenheit Body Spas is seeking a friendly and outgoing Front Desk Attendant. The ideal candidate is professional, enthusiastic and motivated, with great skills in customer service, communication and thorough cleaning. This part-time position requires the ability to perform a variety of tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, cashiering, attending clients during treatments, cleaning, and becoming knowledgeable about our services and retail products. They must be available to work full shifts from 10:15am-6:30pm and be available to work at least 3 Mondays, and 3 Saturdays per month. The pay increases quickly for those who perform well, and future management positions may be available to those who are interested. Responsibilities Perform all check-in and check-out tasks Manage online and phone reservations Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data Register clients by collecting necessary information Welcome clients upon their arrival and assist them with treatments Provide information about our spa and treatments Respond to clients' complaints in a timely and professional manner Ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and turned over after each treatment is finished Upsell additional services or retail, when appropriate Maintain updated records of bookings and payments Complete cleaning tasks during slower business times Skills Front desk or reception experience is preferred Experience with our point of sale system, MindBody Online is helpful Quick to learn protocols, treatment information and other systems Great customer service attitude Excellent communication and organizational skills Excellent cleaning skills Reliable and consistent Takes initiative

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
