Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Part-Time Hotel Guest Services Agent to join our team! This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing friendly, efficient service at the front desk. Shifts are 7a - 2p, availability for 2p-9p as needed . Must be able to work weekdays, weekends and Holidays. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures using property management systems (PMS) such as PEP Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person, providing accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Manage reservations efficiently through hospitality reservation systems, ensuring guest preferences are accommodated. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, utilizing customer service problem-solving skills to ensure satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest safety at all times. Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of guest relations and overall hotel operations. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations preferred. Proficiency with property management systems (PMS), especially PEP, is a plus. Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities, written and verbal. Ability to work part-time hours flexibly, including evenings and weekends. Resort or hotel experience is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential. Must be able to lift 30 pounds and work the majority of the shift on your feet. Must be reliable, punctual and dependable.
