This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing friendly, efficient, and professional service. As a Front Desk Agent, you will manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handle inquiries with enthusiasm, and ensure every visitor feels valued from the moment they arrive. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and welcoming check-in process Manage guest reservations, modifications, and cancellations with precision and care Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences Handle all guest inquiries via phone and in person using multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette Maintain accurate records through hotel procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports for management Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns, demonstrating exceptional customer service and guest relations skills Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met efficiently Process payments securely and accurately while adhering to hotel policies Uphold hospitality management standards by managing front desk operations smoothly during shifts Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and updating guest information Prepare and serve food and drinks in the hotel Placery. Experience Previous experience in a hotel or hotel setting is a plus Proven customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest interactions Experience working at a front desk or reception area within a hotel or resort environment Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse guests effectively Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems is advantageous Knowledge of night audit procedures enhances operational efficiency during overnight shifts Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette, are essential for success in this role Demonstrated ability to handle guest relations professionally under pressure Able to serve and sell alcohol in the state of Colorado This paid position offers an engaging work environment where your enthusiasm for hospitality can shine.
