Job Description
Welcomes and registers guests in a polite and efficient demeanor Assigns rooms to meet guests needs as permissible Obtains required credit and payment information from guests Coordinates with team members to exceed guest expectations Provides detailed information about the hotel and surrounding establishments Coordinates with housekeeping for special requests, late checkouts, and room changes Receives and relays guest messages Answers telephone calls and guest questions in a warm, responsive manner Maintains cleanliness of equipment in work areas Other duties as assigned Full-time positions receive the following benefits : Paid Time Off, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, and Disability Insurance, 401K with company match 4%, Accident Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, Employee Rate program, Performance Based Bonuses and Referral program.
