Front Desk Agent Be the first impression of exceptional hospitality Job Overview We are seeking a dependable, energetic, and service-driven Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel and play a critical part in creating memorable guest experiences from the moment they arrive. As a Front Desk Agent, you will help set the tone for the guest experience by providing warm hospitality, solving problems proactively, and coordinating with other departments to ensure every guest feels valued and cared for. Responsibilities Welcome guests with professionalism and genuine hospitality during check-in and check-out Answer and manage multi-line phone systems while providing accurate information and excellent guest service Assist guests with requests, questions, and concerns while working to resolve issues quickly and positively Maintain accurate reservations and guest information using hotel management systems Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and leadership to ensure guest needs are met Assist with nightly balancing and auditing procedures when scheduled Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area Uphold high hospitality standards that create a warm and welcoming environment for all guests Our Culture We are building a team culture based on leadership, accountability, and pride in our work.
