Guest Services Representative

• PT/FT starting at $17.

81/hour As a Guest Services Representative, you'll be the face of Extended Stay America, providing the best possible experience for our guests. Your responsibilities include assisting guests, answering phones, checking guests in and out, collecting payments, and maintaining the front desk and lobby areas. You'll process reservations, handle guest requests with diligent follow-through, and resolve issues through our Make it Right process. Additional duties include setting up and maintaining the breakfast display, conducting property tours to ensure brand standards, and assisting with overall hotel cleanliness.
