In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure smooth administrative workflows. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management and communication skills in a dynamic environment. Experience with Opera PMS / Opera Cloud is a big plus. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries efficiently and professionally Schedule appointments, coordinate calendars, and maintain accurate appointment records using Microsoft Office tools Perform data entry tasks with precision, utilizing spreadsheets and word processing software to organize information Handle clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence with attention to detail Support office management activities including supply inventory, document organization, and general administrative support Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and maintaining positive client communication Experience Prior office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with productivity software Experience with data entry, filing systems, and clerical tasks in a fast-paced environment Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills across multi-line phone systems Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients effectively Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous but not required Strong computer literacy, technical proficiency, and time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your proactive attitude and organizational expertise will make a meaningful difference every day!
