Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and professional Seasonal Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team at our hotel. This role is vital in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing outstanding customer service, managing guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and experience in hotel guest services. Bilingual abilities and hospitality management experience are highly valued to enhance guest relations and support our diverse clientele during the peak time. Must have open availability and willing to work morning, afternoon, and or overnights. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests efficiently Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally, aiming for prompt resolution Maintain detailed records of guest stays and billing information Assist with night audit procedures as needed to ensure financial accuracy and reporting Support other front desk duties such as scheduling reservations, updating guest profiles, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams Uphold high standards of phone etiquette and guest relations to foster a welcoming environment Assist with any after hours housekeeping needs; clean rooms as needed by the hotel, provide amentities and keep public areas clean. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities preferred to serve diverse guests effectively Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems Ability to handle night audit responsibilities efficiently if required Familiarity with resort operations and guest services best practices Ability to work flexible hours during peak seasons, including evenings or weekends if necessary Multitasking skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality to contribute to memorable guest experiences while developing their skills in a dynamic hotel setting.
