Key Responsibilities 1. Guest Service & Interaction Greet every guest entering the breakfast area with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to questions, requests, and comments regarding the food, beverage, or service. Maintain a positive, helpful attitude and ensure all guest concerns are resolved satisfactorily, escalating issues to the Front Desk or Manager when necessary. 2. Area Breakdown & Inventory Break down and clean all equipment, serving dishes, and the entire breakfast area immediately following the scheduled service end time. Complete a daily inventory checklist of all items used and communicate restocking needs to the appropriate manager. Report any maintenance issues, equipment malfunctions, or damaged serving items promptly. Ensure the kitchen/storage area is clean, secured, and ready for the next day's service.
