What we are looking for We are looking for a part-time front desk agent for the weekends. Friday-Sunday. The shifts required are morning shifts 7am-3pm Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Guest Service Representative, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable experiences for every guest. In this lively role, you'll be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring smooth check-ins, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining a positive atmosphere. Your energy and professionalism will help foster a warm environment that keeps guests coming back. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills while delivering top-tier customer service in a vibrant resort setting. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and provide accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Handle guest requests and resolve issues with a positive attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and special requests to enhance guest relations. Support night audit procedures by reconciling accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met swiftly and effectively. Uphold professional phone etiquette and represent the hotel's hospitality standards in every interaction. Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality environment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries graciously and efficiently. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Knowledge of hotel management systems, reservation software, and multi-line phone systems. Experience with night audit procedures is a plus, along with familiarity in resort or hotel settings. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
