A Hotel Desk Clerk provides service to customers at the front desk of a hotel. Takes room reservations, checks in guests and handles payments; answers questions and arranges for room services requested by customers.

Every day, hundreds of families walk through our doors to take classes, attend camps, celebrate birthdays, and build confidence through movement. Our front desk team is the heart of that experience. We're looking for one or two exceptional people to join our team. Whether you're looking for 15 hours per week or closer to 35, we'd love to hear from you. Monday-Thursday:
3:15 PM•7:30
PM Friday:
3:15 PM•6:00
PM Saturday:
8:50 AM•4:00
PM Sunday:
9:50 AM•4:00 PM Occasionally, weekend shifts may extend a little later for birthday parties or special events. You don't need to be available for every shift. What You'll Do Every day is a little different, but your responsibilities may include: Greeting every family with warmth and enthusiasm. Answering phones and responding to customer questions. Enrolling new students and processing payments. Scheduling classes, camps, birthday parties, and events. Helping birthday parties stay on schedule and creating a great experience for families. Keeping the front desk & lobby organized, stocked, and running smoothly. Cleaning the front desk, lobby and gym as assigned Assisting supervising Open Play participants when the front desk is quiet. Solving problems calmly and professionally. Pitching in wherever needed to help the team. What We're Looking For We're much more interested in hiring the right person than someone with the perfect résumé. Experience in customer service, hospitality, front desk, childcare, retail, or another people-focused role is preferred.
