This position is for someone who: Loves people Thrives in a fast-paced environment Is confident recommending services + products Wants to be part of a team that drives results ⸻ What You'll Be Responsible For Delivering a high-energy, welcoming guest experience Booking appointments strategically to maximize the schedule Driving rebooking and filling gaps in the day Reaching out to clients (waitlist / no walk-in list) to generate business Recommending retail and service upgrades Keeping the front desk organized, accurate, and efficient ⸻ Who You Are Outgoing, talkative, and confident with people Naturally persuasive (you can recommend without feeling "salesy") Organized and detail-oriented Able to multitask under pressure without getting overwhelmed Takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do ⸻ What Makes You Stand Out Experience in retail, hospitality, or salon/spa Comfortable hitting goals (rebooking %, retail, booking) Strong phone and communication skills ⸻
