Job Description

Hilton Resorts Corporation is seeking a friendly and reliable Part-Time Front Desk Clerk for our Vail Streamside location. This part‑time, weekend role combines guest services with nightly audit responsibilities, ensuring smooth check‑in/out experiences and accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, delivers exceptional service, and enjoys working evenings with a supportive team.
Compensation:
$21.00-$22.00/hr
Schedule Needs:
Weekends 3:00 PM -11:00

Manage reservations and room assignments using the property management system. Perform nightly audit duties, including balancing accounts and generating reports. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness. Answer and direct phone calls and manage lobby communications. Maintain a clean, organized front‑desk area and uphold brand standards. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays, 3 pm‑11 pm. Basic math handling proficiency. Customer‑service experience preferred. Front‑desk or hospitality experience preferred but not required. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
