Guest Service Agent Hyatt Place Milford/New Haven Milford, CT Job Details Full-time From $19 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Employee discount Qualifications Processing cash transactions Cash register Driver's License Accounting Property management systems (PMS) OPERA Cash handling Hotel experience Full Job Description Hyatt Place Milford/New Haven is presently accepting applications for Guest Service Associate What you will be doing Assisting guests with Check In/Check Out Answering front desk telephone and making reservations, as needed Assisting guests with any questions, concerns, or requested amenities Serving F&B at Hotel Bistro and Bar Communicating with colleagues with Shift end Reports and Pass on information Provide guest service that meets or exceed company standards. Assisting GM/DOS with Social Media Management Able to Work Weekdays/Weekends/ and or Holidays Able to work AM or PM Shifts as decided by Management weekly Requirements Strong interpersonal/leadership skills, professional caring approach towards colleagues and guests. "Guest First" approach. Previous hotel desk experience preferred Experience in cash handling, accounting, and hotel Property Management Systems (OPERA) Must Have a USA State Issued Valid Drivers License Must be legally authorized to work in the
USA Desirable Qualifications:
