Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, offering personalized assistance to enhance their stay Manage front desk operations including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs using hotel management systems such as OPERA Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and directing calls efficiently Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service and guest relations skills Assist with night audit procedures to ensure financial accuracy and reporting at the end of each shift Follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety and quick response during incidents Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, requests, and complaints to improve service quality Experience Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred, especially within resort environments Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and hotel emergency procedures Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse guest populations effectively Familiarity with OPERA property management system is advantageous Excellent phone etiquette skills and experience managing multi-line phone systems Background in guest services, hotel experience, or customer service roles within the hospitality industry is desirable Knowledge of hospitality standards such as guest relations, resort operations, and hotel safety protocols Embark on a rewarding career where your energy fuels unforgettable guest experiences!
