Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Residence Inn Dover. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the guest experience and managing various front desk operations. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Check guests in and out efficiently while managing reservations. Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions. Assist with guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. Skills Strong background in guest services within the hospitality industry, preferably in a resort or hotel setting. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests. Proficiency in hotel management software is preferred; experience with night audit processes is a plus. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest information. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed. Effective communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
