About Us Cambria Hotel Rehoboth Beach is a stylish, upscale hotel designed for guests who want a modern, comfortable, and inspiring stay at the shore. We pride ourselves on warm hospitality, thoughtful service, and a welcoming environment for every guest who walks through our doors. We're looking for a friendly, reliable Guest Services Representative to join our front desk team and help create memorable experiences for our guests.

Varies; must be available weekends, holidays, and some evenings
Location:
Rehoboth Beach, Delaware Key Responsibilities Greet guests with a warm, professional, and genuine welcome Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries about reservations, hotel amenities, local attractions, and services Handle payment processing, room assignments, and issue room keys Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly, courteously, and professionally Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby area Follow all safety, security, and brand standards Assist with reservations, group blocks, and special requests Provide recommendations on dining, shopping, and activities in Rehoboth Beach and surrounding areas Qualifications Previous hotel front desk, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, professional attitude and polished appearance Comfortable using computers, hotel property management systems (PMS), and basic office equipment Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure Strong attention to detail and accuracy with cash and credit card handling Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
