Job Description
As a Front Desk Administrator, you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities and driving company success through performing the following activities to the highest standards: Ensures that every interaction with an owner or guest is a positive and memorable experience while checking them in/out of the property. Inputs information into the computerized reservations' system to update and maintain records. Utilizes reservation system to resolve unit availability and assists guests with reservations or changes. Reports any unresolved problems with owners and guests to management. Maintains clean work area. Provides information on area attractions and resort amenities. Assists Co-Op owners with their needs. Qualifications What are we looking for? 1 year or longer Customer Service Experience Strong Computer skills Strong telephone communications. Show initiative, work independently, yet know when to ask for help.
