As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess strong phone etiquette, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality. This position requires the ability to manage guest relations effectively while performing various front desk duties. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance with check-in and check-out procedures. Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details. Manage phone calls with professionalism, providing information about the resort's amenities and services. Assist with night audit tasks as required, ensuring all transactions are accurately processed. Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and enhance their experience. Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and activities to guests. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and organized front desk area. Requirements Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills are essential. Ability to build rapport with guests and handle guest relations effectively. Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus for enhancing guest interactions. Familiarity with hotel management software is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills are required.
