• The Guest Services Specialist is responsible for the following:
• + •Delivering world class customer service and functions as the guests' liaison to all services within the designated BayCare Health System's hospital and the surrounding community•+ •Must possess advanced computer skills•+ •Will become proficient in all the following, as required: reception, registration and check-in, visitor management, waiting room management, document management, environment of care and emergency response.
• This role is hospitality-focused and critical to support a positive experience for each guest.
• Required specific skills include:
• + •self-motivated team-player with 1-year of demonstrable success in a high stress, fast-paced work environment.
• + •Must successfully complete OLC training modules as assigned within 12 months.
• + •Required Experience is 1 year Related field and 2 years Customer Service.
