Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival with energetic and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a proactive and friendly approach to resolve issues promptly Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist callers and direct inquiries appropriately Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest information while ensuring data privacy Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs swiftly Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports as needed Uphold high standards of guest relations, ensuring every visitor feels valued and cared for during their stay Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a multilingual or bilingual environment Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is highly desirable Knowledge of hospitality management principles, including guest relations and hotel operations Experience conducting night audits or working overnight shifts is a plus Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and professional interaction Previous experience in guest services or front desk roles demonstrating hospitality excellence Embark on a rewarding career where your passion for hospitality makes every guest's stay memorable!
