What You'll Do:

Welcome guests with a warm smile and genuine hospitality. Check guests in and out efficiently while delivering exceptional service. Answer phones, emails, and guest questions with confidence and professionalism. Assist with reservations, room assignments, and special requests. Recommend local attractions, restaurants, and hotel amenities. Resolve guest concerns with patience, empathy, and a positive attitude. Work closely with other departments to ensure every stay is smooth from check-in to check-out. Help keep our front desk organized, clean, and ready for the next adventure.

What We're Looking For:

A naturally friendly, outgoing personality. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills (hotel experience is a plus!). Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. A team player who enjoys helping both guests and coworkers.
