Job Description
Our hotel is looking for an Office Manager / Receptionist who is service-oriented and focused on providing an excellent guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting hotel guests
- Handling guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Consulting guests on hotel services and facilities
- Managing bookings (entering data, monitoring arrivals)
- Maintaining documentation and reports
- Coordinating with internal hotel departments (housekeeping, security, management)
- Ensuring a high level of customer service and compliance with hotel standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar position is 3 or more years.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, customer-oriented, and stress-resistant personality
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment
- Confident PC and office software skills
- Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage
- Neat appearance and willingness to follow the dress code
