Marriott International, Inc is seeking a Guest Arrival Expert to deliver exceptional first impressions in our Hospitality & Travel environment. As the welcoming face of the property, you will manage check-in/check-out, verify reservations, process payments, and respond to guest requests with efficiency and warmth. Partnering with housekeeping and other teams, you'll ensure rooms are ready and issues are resolved quickly. You'll embody Marriott's people-first culture by creating inclusive, personalized experiences while upholding brand standards, accuracy, and safety. Responsibilities Warmly welcome guests, handle check-in/check-out, and verify reservations and payment methods Use hotel property management systems to manage room assignments and keys Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, resolving issues professionally Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness and special requests Maintain accurate records, handle cash/card transactions, and balance the drawer Provide local information, transportation assistance, and recommendations to enhance the stay Uphold Marriott brand standards, safety, and security procedures at all times Support front office leadership by communicating trends, guest feedback, and service opportunities Required Skills Front desk operations Hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera/Fosse or similar) Customer service Cash handling and payment processing Reservation management Problem resolution and de-escalation Multitasking in high-volume environment Verbal and written communication Basic reporting and shift documentation Time management
