Job Description
Position Overview As a Front Desk Agent, you are the first point of contact for our guests. You'll deliver exceptional service, solve problems with confidence, and ensure every guest feels valued from check‐in to check‐out. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and handle check‐ins and check‐outs with professionalism Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest communications (phone, email, in person) Process payments, verify identification, and maintain accurate records Resolve guest concerns with empathy and efficiency, escalating when necessary Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness Promote hotel amenities, local attractions, and upsell services when appropriate Maintain a clean, organized, and secure front desk area What You Bring Previous front desk or customer service experience (hospitality preferred) Strong communication skills and a calm, solutions‐focused mindset Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast‐paced environment Familiarity with hotel systems (StayNTouch experience is a plus) Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays if ever needed A team‐oriented attitude and a genuine passion for guest service #HireFinder #
