From beachside hangs to mountain escapes, you'll help us make every experience memorable from behind the scenes.
As a Front Desk Agent at Legacy Vacation Resorts, you're the vibe-setter and first impression extraordinaire. Youre not just checking people in; youre welcoming them into our world of laidback luxury. From smoothing out travel day chaos to dropping local recs like a pro, you make guests feel like they belong. With every smile, key card, and insider tip, youll be the reason they come back (and brag about us to their friends).
Serving up next-level guest experiences with genuine charm and solutions that wow.
Dropping local knowledge like a prothink must-see spots, hidden gems, and cant-missevents.
Owning the phones with top-tier etiquette (yes, theres a script, but you make it sound effortless).Navigating our resort software like a digital concierge: posting transactions, updating statuses, and keeping things tight.
