Manage reservation inquiries and modifications using hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or other property management systems (PMS). Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures over the phone when needed, ensuring a seamless experience. Provide exceptional guest service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and escalating concerns to appropriate departments following hotel emergency procedures. Coordinate with front desk staff, housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure smooth communication flow. Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, complaints, and special requests to enhance guest relations and service quality. Support night audit processes by verifying reservations and updating guest information during overnight shifts if required. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk roles within hotels or resorts. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems such as OPERA or similar property management software (PMS). Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically in high-pressure situations. Deep understanding of hospitality reservation systems, guest services protocols, and hotel emergency procedures.
