Office Front Desk Clerk, where you will be the welcoming face and vital communication hub of our resort. This energetic role combines hospitality management with exceptional guest service, ensuring every visitor feels valued and attended to from the moment they arrive. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional customer service at all times Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and courteously Handle transactions including site payments and other services through a Point-of- Sale Handle guest check-ins and check-outs accurately, ensuring smooth front desk operations Maintain guest records, reservations, and inquiries with attention to detail and confidentiality Keep track of contracts for seasonal and permanent residents Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy Provide information about resort amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs promptly and effectively Candidate will be cross trained to work in other areas of the resort as needed Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles, preferably at a front desk or guest services position Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest satisfaction Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, including guest relations and resort operations Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong phone etiquette Ability to work well in a team environment, ability to multitask, ability to demonstrate basic computer skills, ability to work independently Ability to lift up to 30lbs, stand for long periods of time, drive a golf cart, walk, bend and reach. A pre-employment drug screen will be required. Previous employer references and a background check may be required as a condition of employment. Must be flexible- Monday through Friday, Weekends and Holidays Work hours will be discussed during interview
