This position provides guests with excellent customer service and services as the main point of contact for reservations, answering guests' questions, and coordinating services with management. This is a fast-paced position that requires the candidate to be flexible and energetic while working with the resort guests. The position does require some holiday, weekend and possible overtime work. Essential Job Duties Welcomes all guests and serves as the primary point of contact for requests. Assists guests with current and future reservations and departures. Process payments. Supports resort guests by answering questions, and educating guests about resort rules, amenities and events. Addresses housekeeping and maintenance requests and reports them to the maintenance department. Handles guest mail and packages. Coordinates and works with guests to plan and organize events. Attends assigned events. Requirements Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information with professionalism. Ability to follow instructions from management. Good problem solving skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Flexibility to respond to community needs during non-business hours. Ability to work holidays, weekends and overtime during January - March.
