Bilingual Customer Service & Front Desk Agent SeaStays Miami Beach, FL Job Details Full-time $20 an hour 3 hours ago Qualifications Spanish Resort experience English Attention to detail Organizational skills Full Job Description Job Summary We are looking for a responsible, organized, and service-oriented Bilingual Customer Service & Guest Experience Representative to join an office-based short-term rental operation in Miami Beach. This is a full-time customer service position focused on assisting guests, managing reservations, and supporting daily operations. It is not a management role. Responsibilities Communicate professionally with guests by phone, email, text, and booking platforms. Assist guests before, during, and after their stays. Manage reservations, including creating, modifying, extending, and canceling bookings. Handle Airbnb cases and follow up on guest claims, complaints, and other reservation-related issues. Respond to guest concerns and find practical, timely solutions. Help guests access their rooms and troubleshoot smart-lock issues when necessary. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams when operational issues arise. Coordinate with cleaners when arrival or departure times change, including early check-ins and late checkouts. Adjust cleaning priorities when last-minute reservation changes occur. Maintain accurate guest and reservation information. Handle multiple conversations and priorities in a fast-paced office environment. Complete daily operational tasks, which will be explained in greater detail during the interview. Qualifications Fluent or strong conversational English and Spanish. Previous experience in hotels, short-term rentals, front desk, reservations, property management, customer service, or guest services. Experience with Cloudbeds or similar property-management and reservation systems is strongly preferred. Familiarity with Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, channel managers, and online travel agencies is preferred. Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, messaging platforms, and reservation systems. Comfortable learning and troubleshooting smart-lock systems. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Able to remain calm and professional when resolving guest concerns. Reliable, punctual, proactive, and detail-oriented. Able to commute reliably to the office near 50th Street and Collins Avenue in Miami Beach. Available to work 40 hours per week, including weekends or rotating shifts when required. Pay and Schedule $20.00 per hour. Full-time, 40 hours per week. In-person position in Miami Beach, Florida. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping guests, coordinating different parts of a short-term rental operation, and solving day-to-day operational problems.
