Overnight Shift Location:

Miami Airport Area, FL 33142 We're looking for a motivated Front Desk Agent to join our team for the overnight shift. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a friendly, efficient, and professional check-in and check-out experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures. Handle reservations and respond to guest inquiries. Maintain accurate records using POS and hotel management systems. Upsell services and assist with retail merchandise. Keep the front desk area clean and organized. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally. Support other departments to ensure excellent guest service.

Qualifications:

Previous customer service, front desk, or retail experience preferred. Strong communication and multitasking skills. Basic math and cash-handling experience. Supervisory experience is a plus. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
