Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations. Operate multi-line phone systems to assist callers with inquiries or reservations. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrivals. Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel services. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Skills Strong background in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing guest relations and communication. Previous experience in front desk operations or customer service within the hospitality industry is highly valued. Proficient in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on guest services and building rapport with guests. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy environment.
