Position Summary As the Front Desk Lead , you'll be the friendly face and organized mind behind our front desk operations. This role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a similar position who's ready to take charge and help ensure our front desk runs smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming environment. Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring everything runs seamlessly. Schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries about our services. Handle client check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and efficiency. Maintain accurate records of client and pet information. Provide leadership and support to front desk team members, fostering a positive work environment. Assist with resolving client concerns or escalations in a professional manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications Experience:

Minimum of 1 year in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in a pet-related or hospitality setting. Restaurant experience will be considered.

Leadership Skills:

Ability to guide and support a team while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Customer Service:

Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Organizational Skills:

Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
