Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team in providing exceptional service to our guests. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to handle various guest inquiries with professionalism. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance with check-in and check-out procedures. Manage reservations and maintain accurate records of guest information using phone systems and front desk software. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction. Facilitate communication between guests and other hotel departments to enhance the overall guest experience. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed. Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to provide informed recommendations to guests. Uphold exceptional phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and managing guest requests efficiently. Assist in resolving any issues or complaints that may arise during a guest's stay. Experience Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred, particularly in a resort or hotel setting. Familiarity with front desk operations and night audit processes is advantageous. Multilingual or candidates are encouraged to apply, as this enhances our ability to serve diverse guests effectively. Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on guest relations and customer service excellence. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
