  • Part-time, Full-time Responsibilities Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
Check guests in and out using the hotel property management system. Answer phone calls and assist with reservations. Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns professionally. Process payments and maintain accurate guest records. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction. Follow hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards. Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area. Qualifications Previous hotel front desk experience is preferred but not required. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Basic computer skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, and overnight when needed. High school diploma or equivalen
