DUAL FRONT DESK AGENT
(ROTATING) - Hampton Inn & Candlewood Suites PCB Two hotels. One team. Real hospitality experience. Join the front desk team supporting both the Hampton Inn and Candlewood Suites in Panama City Beach. You'll check guests in and out, handle reservations and requests, answer calls, and solve problems with a calm, service-first attitude—working across two properties and two systems. It's a role with more variety (and more resume value) than a standard desk job, and it's a strong launch point for a hospitality career. What you'll do Welcome guests and handle check-ins/check-outs accurately Manage reservations, room assignments, and special requests Answer calls and share info on services and amenities Resolve guest concerns with a positive, solution-oriented approach Uphold brand and service standards at both properties Cover shifts across both hotels as business needs require What we're looking for Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable multitasking and learning new systems Available for weekends, holidays, and varying shifts (including overnights) Front desk or hospitality experience preferred—we'll train the right person Apply today and grow your hospitality career with us.
